- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Answering incoming calls ,taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
- Manage agendas and appointments for upper management.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Make travel arrangements for the senior managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication skills, in person, telephone and written.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to use discretion and patience tact.
