Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Answering incoming calls ,taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • Manage agendas  and appointments for upper management.
  • Update calendars  and schedule meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for the senior managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

LANGUAGE SKILLS:                                        

  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English Languages.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.  
  • Excellent communication skills, in person, telephone and written.  
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to use discretion and patience tact.
  • Dealing with complexity
