Projects Control Manager - Engineering

We are hiring "Projects Control Manager" with the below the requirements

• Professional planner with full knowledge of delay analysis methadologies and activities durations and relationships.
• Budgeting, Cost control initiator and monitoring.
• Extensive experience within Real estate industry.
• Familiar with Contracts administration, local and FIDIC.
• Sufficient experience in Real estate developer or PMC is a must.
• Advanced knowledge with related PC softwares like P6, Autocad, microsoft project, prince2, etc
• Master plan initiating experience, monitoring and controlling, taking Corrective actions with related stakeholders
• Presentation techniques skills,, Data analysis using dashboards, charts, layouts, etc
• Team player with presentable character.
