Job Description

  • Vijua is a Cairo-based technology company specialized in interactive ebook technologies. Their award-winning Kotobee platform (www.kotobee.com) is used by top corporates and organizations around the world.
  • Within Vijua, there is plenty of learning opportunity, all under a friendly flexible work environment, with a great supportive team.
  • We are seeking a full-time spanish-speaking customer relations representative. The candidate's main responsibility is to provide live demos of our software to customers, give live webinars, and communicate by email in Spanish. All activities are performed online.
  • The candidate's ability to also speak in English and other languages will be counted as a strong bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential candidates by email or phone, at a daily basis
  • Give live demos to potential customers and attend meetings
  • Give live webinars at selected weekly time slots
  • Ensure that good customer relations is achieved and maintained
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints effectively, as and when required in a professional manner
  • Follow-up with customer inquiries by email

Job Requirements

  • Fluent speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Has strong background in IT and software
  • Quick learner
  • Focus on achieving results
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Word and Excel
  • The candidate's ability to speak in English and other languages will be counted as a strong bonus
