Job Description

 Job summary :

 A key role in a very dynamic team that plans, builds and handover different tools, depending on departments and organisation needs. 

Duties & responsibilities :

  • Manage all the websites and softwares
  • Assist departments in any technical and non-technical support they need in any software the organisation uses.
  • Collect and update/modify data required for the websites/softwares
  • Manage communication of software’s providers.
  • Identify bugs and report it to the developers’ team
  • Support the process of the new tools/softwares/technologies implementation by providing the needed information to relevant parties
  • Prepare and suggest appropriate content to help support marketing
  • Overlook marketing operations and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage Echo team and work process.
  • Edit, refine and suggest appropriate content to all tC digital platforms in coordination with correct stakeholders.
  • Execute the required research
  • Create videos, images, reels, posts and short videos (using basic apps)
  • Edit audio files to fit the requests of podcasts.
  • Communicate with departments and other partners to create new programs for the portal to fit the needs of the people we serve.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field such as business administration , computer science, information technology, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Has good exposure to technology

  • Research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communications and problem-solving skills a necessity
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
