Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
- Graduates only
- 2 Days off per week.
- Cairo or Giza Resident
- 0-2 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- 9 working hours including 1-hour Break.
- Military Service Status Should Be Identified For Males.
- Transportaion provided ( Maddi Metro station)
