Job Description
- Raise Purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.
- Share, communicate and report on variances to both internal and external procurement.
- Receiving sales orders and check BOM with, technical departments if available.
- Interact with production planner and sales to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Processing MRP systems checkup all materials and component of the product after checking compatibility with BOM
- Checking consumption of required materials to determine quantity
- Issue materials PR for final assembly and fabrication
- Updating dashboard with stock value and percentage of allocation – creating ABC / FMR analysis.
- Following up with procurement for material arrival dates.
- Allocating materials of sales orders and assuring availability
- Create daily MRP and updating it with latest situation
- Following material arrival for warehouse
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in Electrical products and prefer lightning product.
- Experience of statistical reporting, forecasting and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting.
- MRP experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Working within a Purchasing Team is advantageous
- A knowledge and aptitude for engineering
