Job Description
- Senior member of the Risk Management Team in HO.
- Provides support to Head of Risk/FMF Management in implementing overall business strategy, reaching business objectives.
- Define and manage the risk assessment over the staff hiring/onboarding, decision-making, pre-disbursement, and post-disbursement processes.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are uniformly understood and applied by the FMF staff in the field.
- As part of the Risk Team participates in all/assigned risk projects in FMF, participates/organizes/leads working groups, workshops, meetings, training, etc.
- Can be regularly rotated to field jobs, crisis management duties, responsibilities in other departments (especially risk), etc.
- Supports heads of Credit Control, Credit Underwriting & Credit Recovery in staff development and training.
- Assist Head of Risk Management in building up strong and reliable teams in the field by organizing training, coaching, monitoring, assessment, and replacement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ business/risk experience in microfinance companies/banks development.
