Director of Engineering

Finstek is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to oversee our newly opened Engineering department in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for the local engineering team and its business operations. In this role, your primary responsibility would be to build and oversee a highly performant engineering team and you will be a key member of the global senior management team.

• Build world class engineering team - find, interview and hire engineering talents
• Set ambitious KPI goals for your team
• Strengthen collaboration between local and remote development teams
• Work closely with international business stakeholders
• Be accountable for the speed and quality of what the team delivers
• Run regular 1-1s with direct reports
