Job Description
- Responsible for the Technical and cost effective acquisition of materials and services to meet company needs.
- Contact prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone to determine prices, discounts, terms, etc.
- Create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions.
- Meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary.
- Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Work collaboratively Technical Office team coordinate supplier selection.
- Request to issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment.

- 3-6 Years of experience in the same field.
