Main Duties:
- Create Purchase order & Good received
- Tracking Shipments
- Follow up with supplier about orders
- Follow up with freight & clearance company
- Review Back order & pipeline
- Review and follow up with customers about spare parts
- Work under pressure
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Outlook-Excel-PowerPoint)
- Monitor entire process of cargo movement
- Tracking return (export) shipment
- Attention to details
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred IT degree.
- 2+ years' experience in IT or logistic business.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle many tasks at a time.
- Hard worker, team work player & dynamic
- Presentable.
