Job Description
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Answer client’s questions and queries.
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers .
