Job Description
Recruitment
- Provides support to Human Resources Manager with CVs Filtering, interview scheduling.
Daily Operation
- Serves as point of contact for day to day HR inquiries and support (policies, procedures, and programs).
Training and Development
- Assists in training and development initiatives.
Personnel
- Collects, coordinates and maintains confidential and sensitive information regarding employee’s papers/ Files.
- Performance Management
- Administer reporting and coordinate documentation for annual merit process and incentive planning.
Exit
- Coordinate employee exit survey process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Problem Solving.
- Creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience: from 4-6 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good in Excel.
- Giza residents preferred.
- Real estate experience preferred.
