Technical Procurement Section Head

• Responsible for purchasing process for electro-mechanical material, and others, including but not limited to vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation & selection, negotiation, contracting, and commercial analysis.
• Responsible for contracts commercial terms and conditions, including but not limited to, commercial agreements, Incoterms, payment terms, methods & milestones, vendor liabilities bank guarantees for advance payment, performance guarantee for new vendors, warranty guarantee.
• Follow up and expediting the order starting from placing the order till receiving the material at the warehouse, including but not limited to achieving the supplier order confirmation, shipping documents, invoices, clearance, delivery, warehousing, and payment.

Other Duties

• Responsible for Purchase to Pay cycle for local &foreign. suppliers for AC/DC power system (generators, rectifiers, transformers, motors, VFD’s, UPS, …etc), control systems, cables, cable trays & conduits, lightning & earthing systems,  lighting , fixtures, towers, roof tops,  metallic fabrication, steel structure.
• Responsible for handling L/Cs with the suppliers, setting conditions & handling all procedures for fulfilling L/C requirements & monitoring the shipping and clearing processes & follow up suppliers’ payments.
• Assure the material delivery in according with the determined lead time with no storage or demurrage fees.
• Monitor the supplier performance to implement the corrective action required
• Handle procurement needs, relationships with suppliers and the good execution of contracts in compliance with suppliers and the good execution of contracts according to Company quality standards and the purchasing code of ethics.
• Complete documentation and digital archiving for all purchase to pay cycle documentation
