Job Description
- Monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods.
- Monitoring, testing and inspecting products to make sure they meet specified standards.
- Release finished products after ensuring inspection results are within the set standard specs.
- Maintain an effective and efficient Quality Control System to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 22000.Generate periodical reports and analysis e.g (Assembly & Plastic N.C,Plastic and Assembly losses hours, Filter N.C).
- Monitor Market Returns and implement inspection process for all products, develop and follow up corrective action plans.
- Audit and ensure the implementation of the QC systems and procedures & SOPs.
- Review Customer Complains with Service Center team, for QC necessary action Resolve all technical issues with suppliers vs. quality specs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 2-5 years experience in the field .
- Very Good in English Spoken and written.
- TPM Principles
- Total Quality Management TQM.
