Job Description
- Preparing budgets as well as developing plans for the achievement of goals.
- Implementing sales promotion plans & new store concepts to generate sales for achievement of targets; coordinating the in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products (Fresh Fruits & Vegetables).
- Conceptualizing visual merchandising displays, windows & design of retail outlets for maintenance of a high-end OUD stores Image.
- Interacting with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback.
- Establishing new set ups/projects thereby bringing profitability to the company.
- Spearheading various continuous improvement initiatives in processes.
- Implementing management systems in the Agricultural Sales & ensuring compliance with the process requirements.
- Monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery & transit norms & analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.
- Negotiating freight expenses with transporters, looking after MIS reports and sending the same to Top Management & coordinating with Store Managers & sales team and with customers for better services and attended customer’s complaints and given proper solutions.
- Ensuring optimum inventory levels for achieving cost savings without hampering the production process and preparing reports for the same.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.
- Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the Agricultural Sales, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience in fresh fruits and vegetable sales is a must
- Post graduate studies is Sales is a plus
- Excellent English Language
