Job Description
- Manages all spare parts warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Assists in preparing the annual budget of spare parts
- Creates and supervises warehouse team targets and task distribution and encourages team to achieve target
- Plans and estimate the storage capacity of warehouses and recommends appropriate steps for future capacity needs
- Creates, modifies and supervises process and procedures of storage, receiving, handling and shipping of spare parts
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts matching it with the inventory levels stored on the system
- Liaises with clients, suppliers and couriers
- Creates and supervises spare parts warehouses reports
- Handles all other tasks requested by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline Preferably in Engineering
- 5-7 years of Experience in Warehousing (preferably in Automotive Spare Parts)
- Excellent English
