Job Description
- Achieve sales & marketing objectives in the field of industrial automation & instrumentation.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales & marketing activities to enhance total performance.
- Collaborate with customer-support & technical leadership to create prospecting process.
- Schedule a weekly and a monthly team meeting to track the required targets and goals.
- Generate and implement performance plans according to company necessities.
- Initiate, build, and work with sales & marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Recognize sales & marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Control is preferred.
- Previous background and experiences in: Rockwell Automation, Honeywell, Schneider, and E+H.
- 2-5 years in sales & marketing, pre-sales, or account manager in automation & instrumentation field.
- Self-initiative, enthusiastic, ambitious, with strong intra-personal and communication skills.
- Excellent in English and speaks it fluently.
