Job Description
- Managing the team .
- Work daily with corporate.
- Find the best hotels and resorts in terms of location and evaluation of guests bearing in mind that the hotel costs are appropriate.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
- Provide pricing information.
- Provide coaching for junior agents to ensure premier service levels.
- Ensures clear understanding of requests and inquiries when processing e-mails
- Advising management of the best ways and means of presentation packages and marketing of tourist programs.
Job Requirements
- If you don't have Travel Agency background please don't apply.
- Heliopolis/Nasr City/New Cairo residence.
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
- Should be able to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
- Work Experience in a Travel Agency .
- English is a must
- Be able to work under stress
- Excellent Knowledge in GDS (Amadeus is a must).
