Job Description
- Communicate with clients/agents to order progressing, documentation requirements and resolve any potential issues arising from export projects.
- Ensure the correct and timely distribution of documentation between the Company and customers.
- Manage the company's target which expanded 1.8 million $ to 4 million $.
- Assist in the development phase of Export Dep. and 2017-2021 strategic plans achievement
- Perform research for the international business & new prospecting agents in assist Export Dep. for create new agencies and customers.
- Insure all documentation for export has been properly processed based on the export manual (Audit firm).
- Play with Delta ERP system in PI and orders.
- Provide administrative support to Export manager and export sales staff.
- Reply e-mails and direct communication appropriately.
- Play with MS Office to facilitate all kind of reports, create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory and cost analyses.
- Marketing assist regarding strategies and promotional tools of each country.
- Resolve inventory allocation problems by monitoring finished goods, anticipating needs and placing and expediting dispatching of goods.
- Organize and integrate the daily activities and workflow process.
- Collaborate with agents to maintain the most accurate and update market data to ensure the maximum In-market sales.
- Handle customer's inquiries and follow up the appropriate resolved issues.
Job Requirements
- Good academic qualifications.
- Fluent English and French language spoken, written and understood.
- Excellent computer skills – sound knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and power point.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outgoing personality and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
