Job Description

  • Day to day engagement with our users, follow the deals between shippers & travellers.
  • Educate our users about Hitchhiker if they have any problems using the Appà through phone, email.
  • Content creation for our social media (Facebook, Instagram & twitter) , create weekly and monthly calendar
  • Work with our graphic designer to create the art work for the weekly and monthly calendar.
  • Go live weekly or bi-weekly to engage with our users.
  • Work on Marketing campaigns with the rest of the team to acquire new users
  • Gather our users voice, feedback or issues faced during using the App

Job Requirements

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Management, New Media or Public Relations
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Very friendly character
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience
