Job Description

  • HR Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
  • Manage the HR Ticketing System.
  • Manage the Medical Insurance for Company branches.
  • Handle Business Trips Processes (Air Tickets, Per Diem, Visa Procedures and Hotel Reservation).
  • Facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees' records and supporting the interview process.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Liaise with other departments for HR functions.
  • Assign and Following-up Daily Tasks for Admin Representative.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Contact Responsible Person in case of Maintenance for all related issues to Cairo Office (Air Conditioning/Water Filters/Pluming …. etc).
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support Staff Motivational Tools (Creating and Coordinating Staff Activities).
  • Support other HR functions (Recruitment, Training, On-boarding, Performance Appraisal, Personnel and Payroll).
  • Any other assigned Regional HR Related issues.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration Major or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience Experience in related Field.
  • Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening.
  • Additional HR Certificate / Diploma will be highly preferable.
