Job Description
Our client is looking forward to hire an experienced CIO who can:
- Lead the development of Tech strategy and act the owner for its deployment and delivery of results
- Lead a team of 50+ employees from all levels of seniority (managers, supers, specialists, TLs, seniors & junior admins) in 6 different business units (Dev, Business Apps, QA, Systems, Network, Voice) distributed in 3 countries
- Own the delivery of all KPIs, report to CEO and board of directors, cooperate with peers in senior management to facilitate how the IT and IS are delivering value to the organization
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, at least 5 years in a senior management role, at least 5 years of experience in UAE or Gulf countries
- Current national or resident of UAE, allowed or permitted to work in UAE
- Experience in managing the IT infrastructure, systems and business apps of a large organization 1,000+ users (3,000+ employees in the overall)
- Proven track record of innovation in IT and IS solutions and ability to lead the development of Tech. strategy and completely own its execution and delivery of results
- Experience with at least one of the following (GCP, AZURE, AWS)
- 1 complete implementation of SAP HANA is a huge plus
