Job Description
- Responsible for client communications and conflict resolutions.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and followed , quality standards and customer expectations are met, and that project is profitable.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client and the agents too.
- Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity
- Monitoring hiring plan and communicate the interviews feedbacks
- Set new classes inductions
- Handle new agents logistics like collecting hiring documents, signing contracts ,Medical registration applications , VPN and bank account opening
- Update and organize the Project's manpower and Headcount sheets and follow up transfers inside the project.
- Prepare Payroll sheets and send it to payroll team
- Prepare invoices and send it to clients and WASLA sales team
- Communicate with the financial department in POs creation and collection follow up
- Handle all agents' requests and direct them to the concerned parties "Resignations, Medical approvals and refunds, HR letters and etc..... "
- Make reports and analysis to WASLA and its clients management
