Job Description
For a well-known company in Heliopolis "junior Accountant" is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of payable invoices.
- Match and validate invoices against Purchase Order data.
- Coordinates all invoices with no PO to appropriate approvers.
- Archiving of Invoice data according to its categories.
- Responsible for inter-company billing, inventories, assets control, contracts and Taxation etc.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist with month end closing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/University Degree of commerce , Accounting major.
- From 2-3 years of experience.
- Experience in using Oracle.
- Experience in the area of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
