Job Description
- Provides superior administrative support to CEO including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems.
- Assist from the administrative support and the office management aspects.
- Dealing with CEO's incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues.
- Screening and receiving phone calls, inquiry and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Handling and organizing meetings inside and outside the company.
- Responsible of the filing & documentation system.
- Assisting and organizing schedules.
- Notify the CEO with all important and urgent emails that needs his decision.
