Job Description

  • Provides superior administrative support to CEO including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems.
  • Assist from the administrative support and the office management aspects.
  • Dealing with CEO's incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues.
  • Screening and receiving phone calls, inquiry and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Handling and organizing meetings inside and outside the company.
  • Responsible of the filing & documentation system.
  • Assisting and organizing schedules.
  • Notify the CEO with all important and urgent emails that needs his decision.

  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills; and administrative skills.
