Job Description
Responsibilities toward calling tasks:
- Calling suppliers by phone to verify that the Distribution member has visited them successfully “based on the definitions of the successful distribution visit for each type of distributors Cash dealer/Key account store”.
- Calling end-users on weekly basis to get feedback about their purchasing behavior.
- Calling one card’s distribution staff / Supervisors on daily basis to update sales and collection sheets.
- Reporting results of these calls for the Distribution Project Manager on Daily/weekly basis.
Responsibilities toward Distribution requests:
- Handling all distribution requests that reach the distribution Dept within 2 days of receiving them from the Distribution Manager , calling them, presenting Onecard distribution benefits ,closing the deals successfully ,forwarding these requests to the Distribution area supervisors to take the necessary action.
Responsibilities toward Authorized dealers:
- Handling resellers’ and distributors’ complaints that we received from the customer support and following up the cases until closing them successfully.
Responsibilities toward Administrative tasks:
- Handling all filling & administrative tasks that are related to distribution department at the office.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Up to 2 years’ experience in Operation, sales , distribution & marketing activities.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good command and knowledge of Microsoft office (Word-Excel- Outlook)
- Good writing and speaking English language.
- Presentable.
- Having very good communication skills.
- Having Negotiation Skills.
