Job Description
- Handling all reservations for hotels and air tickets
- Manage all aspects of ticketing issuance and all qauality assurance processes
- Understands and interpret airline contracts to ensure tickets are issued accurately
- Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of Ticket Agent.
- Examines passenger ticket or pass to direct passenger to specified area for loading.
- Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
- Informs travel agents in other locations of space reserved or available.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 4 years of experience
- Be able to work under stress
- Excellent Knowledge in GDS (Amadeus is a must).
