Job Description
Duties:
- Decide how best to use a plant’s workers and equipment to meet production goals
- Ensure that production stays on schedule and within budget
- Hire, train, and evaluate workers
- Analyze production data
- Write production reports
- Monitor a plant’s workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
- Create ways to make the production process more efficient
- Determine whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Fix any production problems
- Handling the continuous improvement projects like TPM, Lean , 5S and 6 Sigma .
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
- determining quality control standards
- Organizing relevant training sessions
Scope:
- Managing the production operation among 4 factories at 10th of Ramadan city plus 1 factory at EL-Obour city.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering.
- Minimum 10 yrs. of experience.
- Preferred MBA holder.
