Manage the delivery of CRM configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts of the Microsoft Dynamics.
Lead the development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams.
Provide CRM Deployment & Installation as well as extending the CRM functions as required.
Contribute to the company architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects.
Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to junior members of the development team.
Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.
Provide as needed interview and technical screening support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM candidates.

Graduates of ITI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
Hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM / xRM framework.
Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
Experience with the C# language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and work-flow foundation.
Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
Experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle with experience programming stored procedures using Transact SQL or PL SQL.
