NAV Functional Consultant

Job Role:

• Functional Consultant to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics NAV products and services through the full project life cycle

Objective of the Role:

• To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Dynamics NAV (including 3rd party applications such as BI,HRMS etc.,).
• Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the right person will provide effective delivery of consultancy, through quality of implementation and delivery and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV products and services.
• Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e. Managed Services and other NAV consultants and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics NAV 2015,2016 and 2017
• Managing the implementation of NAV through the full project life cycle
• Business and process analysis
• Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
• Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
• Preparation of time and cost estimates for completing projects
• Carry out training for clients when necessary
• Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Mentoring junior consultants where required
• Quality Assurance & Documentation.
