Job Description

Responsible for:

  • Leading the factory Industrial Performance toward improvement projects through Continuous Excellence and Focused Improvement methodologies, in coordination with the Continuous Improvement agenda.
  • Delivers a clear vision of organization change and clarifies accountabilities and promote a shop-floor driven improvement process.
  • Supports installation of a systematic way of working and continuous measurement of performance.
  • Initiates with the Waste reduction projects that should be sustainable, measurable, aligned with business strategies and meet the set objectives either through New Projects related to cost saving of quality improvement.
  • Manages to decrease the losses & maximizing the profitability through the smooth implementation of The GMP process.
  • Leads the activity of the Industrial Performance Development & its tracking.
  • Delivers the various sources of manufacturing data to identify problem areas and to assist the Factory in the problem solving process to reduce losses in all areas of reliability, cost, quality, safety, Delivery and morale.
  • Collaborates effectively with business, factory and other internal customers to achieve project objectives
  • Coaches and leads to develop problem solving and project management capability deep within the factory
  • Leads, trains and coaches to drive continuous improvement efforts to eliminate all forms of waste.

Job Requirements

Job Specifications:

Educational Background:

  • BSc of Agriculture Science or Engineering with a suitable major.

Experience:

  • 10 years hands-on experience in Production Management & project management (Preferred in FMCG & Dairies) mixed with extensive knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Effective communication & Leadership skills
  • Good Knowledge & deep understanding of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Strong Project Management Skills.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skills:

  • Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Familiarity with ERP System is an asset (Preferred Microsoft Dynamics - AXAPTA)
