Job Description

  • Participates in the development of strategic objectives of the company, prepares plans and objectives for financial management in accordance with the strategic plans, and ensure the administration's commitment to the plans developed, and prepares statistical reports that reflect the actual performance compared to the standards set.
  • It establishes financial and accounting policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with the accepted accounting principles and rules, ensuring their regular application, directing and following up the activation of new financial systems and applications, ensuring their implementation, and directing and training employees accordingly.
  • Oversees the preparation of the estimated budgets for all the departments of the company in partnership with the directors of the departments, supervises their implementation and approves the required expenses accordingly, controls any deviations, submits proposals to be processed and presents them to the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer
  • The financial studies required to support the company's management in making decisions regarding the new investments are submitted to the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer to support decision-making
  • Prepare the necessary studies for the development of the company's financial policies, including financing policies, credit policies, procurement, etc., and submit the necessary proposals.
  • Ensures that the financial management processes of the segment conform to the Group's internal control policies and ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial information and reports issued by the management to support the decision making of the company.
  • Oversees the development of an effective cost control system and follows up on its implementation. It reviews the reports that reflect the actual cost of all the activities and projects of the company and compares them to the estimated cost, analyzing the deviations and presenting them to the management of the company and the concerned departments.
  • Review the financial statements and ensure that they are issued on time and submit them to the CEO along with the findings and recommendations. It reviews all periodic reports that reflect the financial position of the company and the performance of the various departments and makes recommendations for corrective action in case of any deviations
