Chief Accountant

Responsible for achieving the following:

• Issue reports.
• Balanced deposits amounts.
• Accurate payment terms.
• Balanced accounts.
• Issue financial statements.
• Accurate gross margin.
• Updated system.

By performing the following activities

• Issue the closing cycle report by integrating the A/P, A/R, treasury and GL accounts to ensure that they match and balanced (equals zero).
• Get informed from the treasury accountant by the issued deposits at the bank by receiving e-mail from the treasury accountant to ensure that the amounts of the deposits match the amounts received from the A/P section.
• Identify the pending invoices (that are not paid) by receiving the A/P invoices with remaining report from the A/P senior accountant to ensure the accuracy of the payment terms.
• Receive the expenses report from the A/P and the GL report from the GL section to review them to ensure that they are matching.
• Conduct the monthly closing by audit the safe, audit the bank reconciliation, conduct proof analysis for the items of the balance sheet and income statement, match the modules with the GL and analyze the expenses to issue the financial statements.
• Update the price list on monthly basis or if receiving updates from the principle, record the discounts on the system by receiving the updates from the principles to ensure the accuracy of the Gross Margin account.
• Conduct the cost update on the system by recording the last price of each item to ensure the accuracy of the gross margin account in the income statement.
