Job Description
- Design, implement, and conduct salary classification and compensation program.
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company
- Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
- Forecast budget for salary increases
- Advise on salary increase requests
- Conduct competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure
- Develop the Company policies & procedures according to the Business need for the company
- Conduct occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale
- Create Monthly Deductions Sheet (Attendance Deductions, Penalties Deductions, Other Deduction) to be calculated on the Monthly Payroll
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant position
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Very Good In English Language
- High Communication Skills
