Job Description
Main Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Develop and execute a comprehensive telesales plan, including cold-calling prospective customers
- Following up on in-progress customers, and closing sales.
- Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels.
- Solicit prospective and newly acquired clients for referral business.
- Break down barriers and close sales by confidently leading conversations
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills
- 0-2 years of experience in Telesales.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- High Attention to details
- Open to coaching, adaptable and willing to try new approaches
