Job Description
Strategic Planning:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals and KPIs accordingly.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Budget Management:
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Team Management:
- Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions
- enforcing policies and procedures.
Client Relationships Management:
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Others:
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in service industry.
- Financial Marketing experience is recommended.
