Job Description

Job Summary:

As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting product shows, displays, and exhibits as well as assisting and achieving goals agreed on with CRM Supervisor/Manager.

Major Activities:

  • Maintains client SLAs for the new and existing projects, negotiates, and communicates them with clients.
  • Ensures that the clients' SLAs are implemented well as agreed upon via company departments.
  • Maintains relationship objectives and develops a proactive relationship and service plan to ensure an exceptional value-added service to clients.
  • Provides filtering and escalation for client requests.
  • Serves as the escalation point for client query resolutions, ensuring that the Production and Operation company teams proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures.
  • Stays abreast of clients’ businesses and identifies opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Manages and develops an existing relationship with a Key provider.
  • Anticipates client needs and matches company services to help fulfill those needs.
  • Builds credibility and fosters trust with clients.
  • Achieves all goals and targets agreed upon with CRM Supervisor/Manager.
  • Reviews the clients' invoices.
  • Follows up on the delayed invoices with the clients.
  • Reviews the contract terms and follows up on the signature.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience (Fresh Graduates can apply).
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a related field.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Very good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word).
  • Good business writing.
  • Good customer focus.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience; Basic Project Management skills; Communication skills; Presentation skills.
  • Good command of English in both verbal and written.
