Primary Duty:

• Responsible of Registering, Maintaining, Organizing and Reporting of Financial Transactions

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage Financial Transactions by Registering the related Financial Transaction Data
• Manage Financial Transactions by Organizing Related Documents
• Bookkeeping Financial Transaction by Adding to Daily Book
• Manage the Company’s Registries by Visiting the Related Governmental Authorities
• Participate in the Preparation of the Accounting Reports
• Manage the Petty Cash Flow by Following the Company’s Process
• Track Human Resources by Handling the Attendance Time-sheet
• Handle Suppliers Purchases following the Company's Procurement Process
• Optimize Purchases by Revising and Analyzing Suppliers Offers and Invoices
• Optimize the Performance of his team’s Accountants
