- Responsible of Registering, Maintaining, Organizing and Reporting of Financial Transactions
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage Financial Transactions by Registering the related Financial Transaction Data
- Manage Financial Transactions by Organizing Related Documents
- Bookkeeping Financial Transaction by Adding to Daily Book
- Manage the Company’s Registries by Visiting the Related Governmental Authorities
- Participate in the Preparation of the Accounting Reports
- Manage the Petty Cash Flow by Following the Company’s Process
- Track Human Resources by Handling the Attendance Time-sheet
- Handle Suppliers Purchases following the Company's Procurement Process
- Optimize Purchases by Revising and Analyzing Suppliers Offers and Invoices
- Optimize the Performance of his team’s Accountants
