Job Description
- Create a best-practice digital marketing and social media strategy for our customers.
- Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, Telegram, mobile app and LinkedIn, Google Ads.
- Research target personas, critical attributes, communication preferences, knowledge fountains, and identify requirements for touchpoints on all stages of the audience journey.
- Work closely with Director of Graphics and Photography to bring customers events to life online.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Content writing, research, and editorial tasks.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Support with social media, SEO writing, ad copies for online and offline marketing.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign according to KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

- Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand digital presence.
- Running and handling accounts' paid Ads campaigns over Facebook, Instagram, twitter and google
- Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the accounts
- Posting, Maintaining, and following up all social media platforms
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify requirements for touchpoints on all stages of the audience journey.
- Create long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
- Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand digital presence.
- Research target personas, critical attributes, communication preferences, knowledge fountains, and identify requirements for touchpoints on all stages of the audience journey.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Establish KPIs for social media and digital reach and engagement while providing accurate and timely reporting.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing field.
- Understanding of branding and visual elements layout, type, and fonts.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hoot suite, Buffer, whatagraph and other tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skill.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and tasks.
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluent in English.
