KONE Middle East & Africa is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence in 10 countries across the region and more than 60 distributor markets. We have a new & exciting opening for a Lead Qualifier to join our Regional Marketing & Communications team to be based in Cairo, Egypt.

The Lead Qualifiers will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for validating leads before assigning the opportunity to the sales team which will help KONE offer the best customer experience during the process.

This is an office based job that doesn’t require outdoor activities.

What will you do?

  • Receive customers' requests and inquiries through different online channels and platforms.
  • Qualify outsource project data.
  • Contact customers and gather required data & documents related to their requests.
  • Add all details related to leads generated and assign it to the sales team.
  • Ensure adequate sales leads visibility in the CRM.
  • Generate reports related to number of calls, customers, leads...etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent selling & communication skills.  
  • You must be comfortable making many calls per day, generating interest and qualifying prospects.
  • Experience working with CRM, particularly Lead Generation Module, is a must.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call/contact center.
  • Excellent Arabic & English language skills. French is a big asset.
