Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Discusses manpower plans and recruitment processes with department managers; provides close support to managers and job owners in recruitment techniques (interview, selection criteria, feedback).
  • Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, social media, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
  • Searches for relevant and qualified candidates on various job boards (internally and externally on the different regional recruitment websites).
  • Develops a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationship with high potential candidates.
  • Arranges for the job fair to attract qualified potential candidates.
  • Offers positions to candidates.
  • Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of time frames for recruitment process and on-time delivery.
  • Provides recruitment statistics, analyzes recruitment trends and proposes changes.
  • Gets information on new recruitment methods, tools and training ways.
  • Gives advice to the management in the expression of their needs.
  • Conducts exit interviews for resigned employees, analyzes the results and suggests corrective actions accordingly.
  • Assists in the development of the job descriptions by sending Job analysis questionnaire to the department heads as well as observing the blue collars duties and responsibilities to ensure that all data are accurate before updating/ creating job descriptions.
  • Responsible for training plans based upon the training needs and performance appraisal analysis to fill the performance gaps and contacting service providers to obtain the most sufficient/ effective offers.
  • Organizes and updates organizational structure manual that includes allocation of approved responsibilities for different functions and processes.
  • Organizes and updates grading system structure for different functions.
  • Assists in monitoring the annual performance appraisals process.
  • Conducts a comprehensive “Induction Program” for all new hired employees that include the basic background information about EVA Cosmetics and information needed to perform their jobs adequately.
  • Coordinate & arranges the staff business trip.
  • Provides the staff with effective benefits & offers.
