Job Description
- Scanning the area which he responsible for and building very accurate data base of his territory
- Present and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Serve existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules (balancing between new business and managing existing one plus excellent customer service)
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information (on pricing, products, merchandising techniques)
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints (investigation problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management) to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain customer relationship
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems , interests , competitive activities for new products
- Continuously provide feedback
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
