Develop production resources of the Derma unit to improve performance through system utilization and process improvement that increase the production efficiency and speed.
Determine / build and maintain good relationships with best vendors/suppliers in order to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps locally and globally whenever needed and get the best prices ever for raw materials needed.
Plan / manage/develop Derma production activities/logistics/budget and schedules, in addition, to coordinate with Business Unit Head to develop a production plan and determine workflow requirements.
Get/develop cost-effective production materials/solutions while maintaining high quality and productivity, in addition, to monitor/manage on-going production workflow to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor /report derma production status to BUH and upper managerial levels on regular basis and whenever needed, besides maintaining production documentations and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
Perform root cause analysis of production issues and provide corrective actions, in addition, to responding to Derma unit inquiries /concerns in a timely fashion.
Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps plus the final derma products are timely production/shipping and delivery to customers as well, in addition to meeting quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to all Parkville policies/job procedures and safety /security standards.

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Commerce, Business Management or related field).
