Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route inquires to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer inquiries where necessary
- Coordinate special events together with the Marketing team.
- Make constant runs of the Park to guarantee that personnel is offering adequate service
Job Requirements
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.

- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
