Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route inquires to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer inquiries where necessary
  • Coordinate special events together with the Marketing team.
  • Make constant runs of the Park to guarantee that personnel is offering adequate service

Job Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Positive interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Previous call-centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
