Job Description
- Handling job vacancies request and submitting them to the different recruitment pools.
- Screening received CVs and categorizing them according to different criteria.
- Updating online recruitment ads besides posting new ones in different media.
- Analyzing applications and recommending them to suitable departments.
- Maintaining the relation with different recruitment sources, universities, and other recruitment pools getting new and innovative sources for better recruitment process and qualified candidates.
- Conducting Competency-Based interviews.
- Scheduling recruitment needs on a monthly basis.
- Managing the recruitment function and following-up its progress by reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the recruitment processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting and handle internal inquiries regarding examinations, eligibility, benefits, company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and the qualifications required, and other pertinent information.
- Implement, analyze and develop the Manpower plan.
- Conducting the exit interviews and analyzes its data.
- Generating the monthly Headcount report.
- Preparing the annual performance appraisal on both levels, managerial and employee level.
- Conducting awareness sessions for the team leaders about Performance Management.
- Preparing, collecting and organizing the Probation Period Evaluation data.
- Submitting a report on a quarterly basis on the effectiveness of the Performance Management.
- Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Keeping updated records of employees’ information.
- Handling the payroll and personal activities.
- Update the ERP system “Odoo” with the needed data and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven judgment and decision making abilities
- Proactive organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
