Job Description
- Review general and specific policies beside the quality policy for monitoring the quality of work
- Review, follow-up and save all documents, records and models according to the quality management system.
- Follow-up the internal audit process in the company and monitoring the implementation of the necessary corrective actions
- Monitoring and reviewing all the procedures related to the quality assurance inside all departments and make sure from working properly in accordance with the operating instructions, forms, records and the basics of good manufacturing
- Ensuring the implementation of the quality policies and objectives, besides working on continuous improvement for all departments
- Perform internal QA audit to ensure good implementation of policies, business process, sectors & departments Plans throughout all group sectors and departments.
- Following up the internal audit results.
- Reviewing the implementation of the processes & forms used and provide departmental recommendations.
- Conduct regular visits to verify quality system implementation as required .
- Conduct periodic training workshops to promote awareness of internal controls and to discuss changes in policies, business processes that will impact the system flow of information.
- Support departments & sectors in preparation and or modification of their policies Business process.
Job Requirements
- TQM Certificate/Diploma
- Process development experience is highly preferred
- ISO 2015 and the implementation of it is highly preferred
- Manufacturing and industrial experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Aware of document controller
