Job Description
- Create high-quality Arabic web content for a government agency, based on the data and information provided by the said agency for that purpose.
- He/she should focus on grammar, editorial writing, magazine writing, ethics.
- Building internal links between the articles of the website.
- Bring the main website out to life.
- Meet strict deadlines and follow editorial guidelines.
- Responsible for the copy writing and shorten texts to make them more concise and readable.
- Manage the landing page and homepage of the website.
- Help manage the social media presence of the company.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the content and presentation is attractive and suitable.
- Data mining and market research as to how best position and brand the company.
Job Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker, from Egypt.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Arabic copy writing and/or web-content writing.
- Familiar with economic / statistical concepts and writing styles.
- Excellent command of English is nonnegotiable.
- Excellent command of Arabic is a must.
- Preferably residents of New Cairo; but it's not a must.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Creative writing skills.
- High level of commitment.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work within a team.
