Job Description
- Preparing all design calculation sheets and load analysis via technical software and furnish required documents for civil / foundation and structural elements for various projects.
- Preparing all design drawings and workshop drawings civil / foundation and structural elements for various projects.
- Managing any specialized technical consultant might be hired for special structural elements.
- Preparing all coordination drawings between civil / structural elements and other project disciplines.
- Preparing all civil / structural submittals and manage approval within project schedule.
- Preparing cost analysis for all civil / structural elements and report to project manager the quantitative and cost analysis.
- Preparing the variation and change analysis (quantitative and cost) for the extra work or change in specifications might arise from client.
- Assist in execution plan for civil structural elements for projects.
- Assist in quality assessment for the civil / structural works executed at job site.
- Ensure conduction of all project Technical submittals for civil / structural works within the approved schedule.
- Provides regular reports on the physical progress technical submittals.
- Filing all project technical documents, drawings, and correspondences properly in hard copy and soft copy with company IT Section through his staff.
- Preparing logs with dates, destination, sender, receiver, and all other matters for all project technical documents and update these logs weekly.
Job Requirements
- Overall experience 6+ years of experience
- Minimum Experience in same position 3 Years.
