Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up & reduce the defect rate
- Follow up the OEE “overall equipment efficiency” and do good analysis for the stoppage causes
- Die repair and preventive maintenance follow up
- Follow up the control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level
- Standardize and improve the changeover process
- Follow up the consumption rates of the degrease chemicals & lubrication oil
- Implementation 5S and control sustainability
- Analise stop causes to improve productivity of the line
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Mechanical engineering
- Specific Competences: Steel Forming
- Deep drawing knowledge (Not mandatory)
- Male Only.
